Job summary: Support the execution of international business expansion strategies and establish long-term relationships with key partners and customers in line with business objectives.
Main Job Duties
New Business Development
- Identify, evaluate business opportunities in line with short- and long-term financial goals.
- Support research/feasibility studies/market scans, evaluate findings, and prepare information for decision-making.
- Support the negotiation process with both new and existing partners. Prepare contracts, provide input on proper pricing and contract terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up new businesses, new projects, in existing and new international markets.
- Establish long-term relationships with potential partners with a view to enhancing business opportunities.
Business coordination and monitoring
- Monitor the activities of local subsidiaries in international markets outside of Vietnam.
- Oversee the processes and continuously give timely support to achieve the sales target and develop corporate brand equity.
- Coordinate the activities between the overseas teams and the head office functional teams.
- Provide business reports to the BOD and management team. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of teams to spot work areas that require improvement.
- Assist with challenging client/partner requests or issue escalations as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, healthcare, or related areas.
- At least 3 years of work experience and successful track record in business development and project management. Candidates with strong experience in health services-related sectors are prioritized.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Availability to travel if needed.
- Open-minded for growth, resilient, and enthusiastic.
