Role Description
Business Development is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing accounts to ensure sustainable business growth for the company.

a. Business Development
- Develop and execute business development strategies for IT Services and IT Consulting offerings;
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients;
- Collaborate with Technical and Delivery teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations;
- Lead negotiations, manage commercial terms, and close deals;
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure achievement of sales targets.
b. People Management
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct evaluations;
- Coach team members on sales, negotiation, and client management.
c. Client and stakeholder management
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams;
- Handle issues during sales and project execution;
d. Reporting and market research
- Report business performance to management;
- Analyze market trends and competitors;
- Propose improvements for services and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales, preferably in IT Services, IT Outsourcing, or IT Consulting;
- Proven experience in leading or managing a sales/BD team is a plus;
- Strong understanding of IT service models (e.g., Software Development, Cloud, Data, AI, ERP, etc.);
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Solid people management, coaching, and leadership capabilities;
- Strategic mindset with a strong results-driven approach;
- Excellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
