Job Description:
1. Explore/Initiate business opportunities and execute projects with over 30 partners
- Analyze business opportunities to see what's best and suitable for Seagroup companies
- Initiate win-win collaborations with partners to strengthen growth
- Conduct a feasibility model and estimate revenue/cost implication
- Reach banks to study on industry landscape for our internal purpose
- Overall PMO for bank/wallet infra-related features
- Prepare legal documents e.g. application forms, contracts, NDA, MOU
2. Cost Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing with partners to achieve cost optimization plan
- Arrange quarterly meetings with key partners for cost negotiation pushing purpose
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain a great relationship with both banks and non-bank partners
- Set quarterly performance updates with key partners to raise issues, track updates of the projects
- Contact closely with partners to ensure service coverage and stability
4. Seek Collaborative Marketing budgets
- Secure marketing funding from partners for both ShopeePay and ShopeeFood
- Design various marketing packages and pitch to partners
- Negotiate, prepare, and execute the deals with partners
5. D-Day preparation
- Confirm D-Day service details and capacity with Partners
- Reach banks to investigate and fix the issue immediately after the issue incurred
6. Ad-hoc and regulatory tasks
- New initiatives as requested
- Work with both internal and external partners to provide info for BOT reports
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in BD role or coordinating role with client/external parties
- Microsoft office
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to think systematically
- Complete a bachelor's degree in business, economics, commerce, marketing or a related field
- Proficient in Thai and English
