Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, for a Business Development Senior role at CJ Gemadept. The successful candidate will oversee identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include market research, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and aligning business strategies with company goals. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams, creating presentations, and delivering reports on market trends and performance analytics.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Partnership Management
• Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Proven experience in Client Relationship Management and Account Management
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with logistics, or related industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese or other languages is a plus
