They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Qualifications
- Experience in an FX sales role within a brokerage firm
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, especially FX/CFDs products
- Responsible for daily sales performance to achieve set targets
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and confident
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in a second language is a plus
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in FX sales within a brokerage firm
- Existing client portfolio is preferred
