Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
  • Maintain existing business
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

  • Experience in an FX sales role within a brokerage firm
  • In-depth understanding of financial markets, especially FX/CFDs products
  • Responsible for daily sales performance to achieve set targets
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and confident
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in a second language is a plus
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in FX sales within a brokerage firm
  • Existing client portfolio is preferred
