Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to TV HUB's content production and branding initiatives. The role involves managing clients, expanding the partner network, and overseeing sales, project execution, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Build business plans, analyze market trends, and propose new products/services.
• Develop and maintain client and partner relationships; negotiate and manage contracts.
• Sell and coordinate media solutions: TV shows, branded content, digital content, sponsorships.
• Work with production and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track budgets, costs, and prepare sales performance reports.
