Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset to expand our B2B customer base across the retail and distribution ecosystem. This role is about identifying and developing new business opportunities — working closely with brands, distributors, and agencies to understand their real operational challenges, and positioning NDS's technology solutions as practical tools for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.New Business Development

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the retail and distribution ecosystem - brands, distributors, agencies, retail chains, and wholesalers.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects and build a strong, well-managed outbound sales pipeline.

2. Consultative and Solution Selling

  • Run discovery calls, presentations, and product demos.
  • Translate NDS's AI-powered product capabilities into clear business value and ROI for prospects.

3.Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales leadership, R&D, and CDM teams to craft tailored proposals for each prospect.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product to optimize go-to-market execution, and feed market insights back to improve product positioning and the roadmap.

4. Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and a transparent pipeline; report on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or a similar role, with a proven track record of acquiring new B2B customers (hunter mindset).
  • Proactive, resilient, results-driven, and comfortable with outbound prospecting.
  • Proficient with at least one AI tool (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to support daily work.
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese; English is a plus.

Strong Advantage

  • Experience in B2B technology / SaaS business development.
  • Solution-selling experience in software, SaaS, ERP, CRM, DMS, or technology consulting.
  • Understanding of retail and distribution operations (GT, MT, retail chains, wholesalers, agents).
  • Exposure to AI, data analytics, or automation in business operations.
