Job Summary
The Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager will lead commercial strategy and revenue growth for the company's portfolio in cosmeceuticals and regenerative aesthetic products.
This role is responsible for driving market expansion, strengthening strategic partnerships with leading dermatologists and aesthetic clinic networks, and building a scalable, high-performance sales and distribution organization.
The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on commercial leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute nationwide sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, margin optimization, and pricing governance
- Execute market penetration strategies across the product portfolio
- Build and scale a high-performing national distribution network
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategic alliances
- Develop strong partnerships with KOLs, dermatologists, and clinic chains & lead key negotiations
- Recruit, develop, and lead a results-driven sales team
- Establish KPIs, incentive frameworks, and sales governance
- Ensure pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and CRM-driven decision-making
- Lead workshops, training programs, and professional education initiatives
- Strengthen brand presence within the dermatology and aesthetic community
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience
- Experience selling anti-aging products and anti-aging tests, Aesthetic or diagnostic test products
- Having a good relationship with dermatologists and cosmetic surgeons.
- Proven track record in establishing and scaling new product markets from inception, delivering successful market entry and sustainable revenue growth.
