Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to lead market expansion in Vietnam.
You will drive partnerships, acquire high-quality business customers, and build local ecosystem relationships across ecommerce, fintech, and cross-border trade.
This is not a passive sales role. We are looking for a builder.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire cross-border businesses in Vietnam (ecommerce, exporters, SaaS, agencies)
- Build partnerships with accelerators, coworking spaces, trade associations, and fintech communities
- Develop relationships with local payment providers, consultants, and ecosystem players
- Educate the market on stablecoin-enabled cross-border infrastructure
- Own the full BD cycle - prospecting, pitching, onboarding coordination
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams
- Represent Endl at events and ecosystem meetups
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years experience in business development, fintech sales, payments, or banking
- Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, or SME banking
- Network within Vietnam's startup, ecommerce, or fintech ecosystem
- Comfortable discussing stablecoins and modern payment rails
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution bias
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
