Key responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and contribute insights to business strategy.
- Build and maintain client database, sales operation, sales process, and documentation.
- Engage and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven at least 5-year experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SAAS industry.
- Strong understanding of the US/EU market and business culture.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
