Job Description

Support Manager in daily business operations, customer communications, and coordination with Japan partners.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, presentations, and other sales-related documents in Japan.
Act as a communication bridge between internal teams (Vietnam) and external stakeholders (Japan-based clients, suppliers, partners).
Participate in customer meetings, online calls, and business trips to Japan for interpretation and coordination support.
Learn and gradually develop understanding of semiconductor/electronics products and market.
Market research and competitor analysis.
Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
