Job Description

• Lead Management & Customer Engagement: Contact and consult potential customers with existing demands, schedule appointments, and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Product Support & Onboarding: Assist customers in experiencing Easy AI products by setting up AI accounts and guiding them on how to use Easy AI solutions effectively.
• Contract Administration: Prepare, monitor, and manage contracts, ensuring a smooth and timely signing process.
• After-Sales Support: Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the best possible customer experience after purchase.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
• Preference for candidates with B2B sales experience, especially in the technology sector.
• Willingness to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to daily work to improve efficiency and optimize task execution.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about pursuing a long-term career in business development, particularly in technology.
• Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong soft skills, including communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building.
• Honest, responsible, and reliable at work.
• Own a personal computer or laptop.

• Base salary (VND 6,000,000 - 12,000,000) + commission (1.5% - 6%) + unlimited performance bonuses.
