• Handle potential leads: Contact interested customers, provide consultations, schedule appointments, and follow up on engagement.
• Customer onboarding: Set up AI accounts and guide clients in using Easy AI solutions.
• Contract procedures: Draft, track, and ensure smooth execution of contracts.
• Post-sale customer support: Address inquiries and coordinate with other departments to ensure optimal customer experience.
• Support business development plans: Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize customer outreach and drive revenue growth.

• Recent college/university graduates in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is an advantage. No prior tech experience requiredtraining will be provided.
• Willingness to integrate AI tools into daily tasks to boost productivity and save time.
• Passionate, energetic, and committed to long-term growth in a tech-driven business environment.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Strong soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Proficient in drafting documents and using Microsoft Office tools.
• Owns a personal laptop.

• Base salary:6,000,000 - 8,000,000 VND +unlimited commission and performance bonuses.
• Salary reviews twice a year.
• Work directly with C-level and senior managers from client companies.
• Transparent policies on salary, bonuses, and allowances. Includes Probation Contracts, Labor Contracts, and Social Insurance per legal regulations.
• Dynamic, professional, and positive work environment. Participate in various company activities such as Year-End Party, Company Trips, Team Building, etc.
