Responsibilities
- Prospecting:Being an active hunter to aggressively find business opportunities through Email prospecting, LinkedIn approaching, Cold Calling, Customer Referral, Networks, Events, etc.
- Qualifying:Being sharp and smart to question the prospect and convert them to a sales qualified lead.
- Developing:Coordinating with the Pre-Sales Team to consult solutions to the prospect.
- Presentation:Presenting the proposal to the prospect with support from Pre-Sales Team & Delivery.
- Closing:Using closing techniques to get the prospect on board to officially become a customer.
- Customer Success:Accompanying the customer to transform them to be Key/ Loyal Customers.
- Other responsibilities:
- Marketing:In collaboration with Marketing Team to develop and mass out marketing campaigns.
- Reporting:Making weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports ( Savvycom is a data-driven organization).
Qualifications
Essential:
- Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (Hungry to earn money).
- Excellent presentation & communication skills (ice-breaking, storytelling, and conversation maintenance).
- Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (Advanced level) (International Background is preferable).
- Hard-working and self-accountable.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record.
Desirable (Good to have):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position.
- Experience working in APAC market is a plus
- Experience working/living in cross-culture, international environments.
- Background in the IT industry.
