Role Purpose
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will principally be responsible for supporting the business development for Consumer Lines (A&H, IPL, Digital, UW in Vietnam. This includes building up the strategy and action plan, setting up business capability and Partner network for all Consumer Lines across the Country, under the direction of Vice President, Consumers and Partnerships in Vietnam
Key Responsibilities
Supporting Consumer Lines (A&H, IPL, Digital, UW) Business Team on below tasks:
- Prepare the sales and statistic presentations for all Consumer lines
- Prepare the quotation slips for all Consumer Lines
- Liaise with BDs, Regional, Legal, Ops, UW/Product Dev for all Consumer Lines to develop the content about Chubb and Chubb Products in Partner's platforms.
- Liaise with all Consumer lines BDs and Operation team to deploy and implement the Insurance Products tests in UAT and Live Environments for all Consumer Lines distribution Channels if applied.
- Liaise with all Consumer Lines UW/ Product Development to support on policy wording draft and products comparison.
- Coordinate with other functional departments amongst Chubb Vietnam and Regional teams to standardize sales management's best practices applicable for each business partner and each campaign across all Consumer Lines.
- Develop and maintain positive and substantive dialogues with business partners and own internal products and operations (if any)
- Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.
- Generally create an Chubb market presence by active participation in the development of Chubb Vietnam.
- Other works to be assigned from time to time
Experiences
QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 3-year experience in Banking industry/ Bancassurance business; Experience in bancassurance of non-life insurer is an advantage
- More than 3-year experience in Sales/Marketing field
- Demonstrates effective communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, especially in digital and consumer insurance context
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Economic/ Trading/ Banking/ Business Management or related fields.
Effective verbal and written communications in Vietnamese and English.
