1. Inbound Lead Handling
- Receive and process inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, website, and partners
- Perform initial lead qualification (business needs, use cases, scale, readiness)
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to Account Managers / Sales team
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and update lead status in CRM
2. Outbound Sales & Demand Generation Collaboration
Work closely with the MKT/Demand Generation team to understand:
- Target ICP
- Campaign messaging and priorities
- Key industries and use cases by phase
Proactively conduct outbound activities to generate new leads:
- Email outreach
- LinkedIn outreach
- Phone calls (warm/cold calls)
Research and build new lead lists beyond MKT/Demand Gen campaigns, especially:
- Companies not yet in the pipeline
- Potential customers matching ICP but not previously engaged
Share outbound insights with MKT/Demand Gen and Sales:
- Market feedback
- Customer objections
- Emerging industries or use cases
CRM & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, interaction history, and status in CRM
- Support basic reporting on lead progress and pipeline activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Strong career orientation toward Sales / Inside Sales / Business Development in the technology, Cloud, and AI domains.
- Good communication and information-processing skills; proactive with a strong learning mindset.
- Ability to work with customer data, CRM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proficient English communication skills (email, online communication, basic calls) to work with international customers and global markets (AI Cloud Global).
- Candidates with experience in outbound sales, telesales, lead qualification, or B2B enterprise customers are highly preferred.
