Purpose
Act as the data backbone of the Growth team, building a reliable data foundation, identifying performance signals, and enabling Business Intelligence to support data-driven decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Foundation & Management
- Build and maintain structured datasets by integrating data from CRM, marketing platforms, HubSpot, and internal systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting sources
- Standardize definitions for key metrics across teams (lead funnel, CPL, CAC, conversion, enrollment)
2. Dashboarding & Automation
- Develop and automate dashboards to monitor core business metrics (lead funnel, CPL, CAC, conversion, enrollment)
- Improve reporting efficiency by reducing manual processes and enabling real-time visibility
- Support teams with self-serve dashboards for daily decision-making
3. Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Detect anomalies, trends, and performance red flags across the funnel
- Proactively surface insights and recommendations to Growth, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Monitor campaign and channel performance to optimize ROI and CAC
4. Deep-Dive Analysis
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to support key business questions and initiatives
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate funnel performance and conversion drivers
- Translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with BI team to structure problem statements and support hypothesis validation
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Ops teams to understand business context and data needs
- Act as a bridge between data and business teams
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics / Product Analytics / Growth Analytics
- Strong SQL skills (must-have)
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Experience with Python for data processing or automation (preferred)
- Strong data modeling skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into data solutions
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving mindset
