Key Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams and clients to gather and analyze business requirements for loyalty and digital gift distribution projects.
- Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations, identify potential delays or blockers, and proactively work with relevant teams to keep the project on schedule
- Break down tasks and allocate responsibilities to internal teams (e.g., development, QA, design) based on project scope and timeline.
- Support testing and quality assurance by participating in UAT.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and workflow diagrams.
- Maintain and update requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Support clients in terms of API integration
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Professional major: Information technology, or Computer Science
2nd language ability: Good at English
Related Experiences
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Business Analyst in software development or technology projects
- Must have experience in Software development (Process development, tech-stacks, design pattern, framework...)
- Knowing database management system design and analysis.
- Experience in creating prototypes using tools
- Experience in data query languages, good presentation and client relation skills.
