IT Business Analyst

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver solutions that support strategic goals. This role also involves close collaboration with the development team during the implementation phase and product validation. Strong communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Owner (PO) to gather, analyze, and manage business/system requirements.

• Act as a bridge between Customer ↔ BA ↔ Development ↔ QA ↔ PM.

• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support development, testing/UAT/FAT, walkthroughs, and sign-off.

• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and monitor performance.

• Support project management activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks.

• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance standards.

Required skills:

• Strong understanding of IT and business concepts.

• Knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).

• Familiar with design tools and charts.

• Familiarity with software development processes is a plus.

• Experience in Fintech/Digital Banking/Lending is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Software Engineering).

• TOEIC score: ≥ 700 or an equivalent level of English proficiency.

Nice to have:

• A background in Information Technology is a strong advantage.
