Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and performance improvement across our Vietnam business. This role will analyze raw data, evaluate existing dashboards, identify insights, and translate findings into clear business recommendations that drive growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with data tools, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights for business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze raw data from multiple sources (CRM, enrollment systems, marketing campaigns, operations data, etc.)
- Build and enhance regular performance reports and dashboards
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across sales, marketing, operations, and learner success metrics
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of all reporting outputs
Dashboard Optimization
- Review and optimize current dashboards to improve clarity, usability, and actionability
- Work with stakeholders to understand decision-making needs and translate them into dashboard improvements
- Simplify complex datasets into intuitive visual insights and KPI structures
Business Insights & Recommendations
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to business leadership
- Conduct root-cause analysis and deep dives into performance fluctuations
- Support revenue, cost, productivity, and conversion analysis
- Present findings and suggestions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with admissions, marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to align data and reporting needs
- Support business planning, forecasting, and performance review cycles
- Act as a bridge between data and business execution
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
- ProficiencyinExcel/Google SheetsandBI tools(Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio / Looker Studio)
- SQL skills preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Strong communicationand presentation skills in Vietnamese & English

Working Hours: 9 AM 6 PM (Monday Friday)
