The company operates in software development and IT services, focusing on delivering technology solutions and digital transformation services for both the Vietnamese and international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and engage with clients to consult and identify business needs across domains such as banking, finance, ERP, and Odoo, delivering digital transformation solutions including CRM, LOS, AI Chatbots, OCR, Loyalty, ECM, and IBM-based platforms.
- Develop product documentation and solution proposals, while working closely with technical teams to design use cases and build demos/POCs.
- Take ownership of project progress, proactively communicate with clients, and provide ongoing solution and technical support.
- Analyze business requirements and implement solutions for financial institutions, banks, and large enterprises in both Vietnam and international markets.
- Act as a key liaison between clients and project teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain key documentation such as BRD, URD, and FRD, and manage sign-off processes with stakeholders.
- Design mockups and prototypes, presenting them to clients to finalize system design.
- Participate in training, user guidance, and project delivery, including system acceptance and handover.
- Regularly report work progress and outcomes to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Analyst and/or Presales roles in IT industry
- Hands-on experience in consulting and implementing ERP solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development processes
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and ETL is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team, with a clear orientation toward growth into a Lead position.
Working days&hours:
- Monday - Friday (8AM-12PM, 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM)
