We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team, working closely with the Operations/Project Development team to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Job Description:
- Analyze the business needs and strategy of each project
- Gather and analyze business requirements, draw diagrams and propose optimal solutions to achieve business goals
- Use IT industry terms to document and analyze project requirements
- Collaborate with the IT department to build data structures, functional diagrams and ensure the output quality meets initial specifications
- Work directly with the Operations/Project Development team to gather requirements (not sitting with the IT team)
Your Skills and Experiences:
- 1.5+ years of experience in Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Systems Analyst positions
- Strong ability to understand business needs and project strategies, and propose development plans for each stage
- Solid understanding of common document types such as BRD, SRS, FRS
- Familiarity with common diagrams such as Product roadmap, Organizational charts, with good knowledge of business operations
- Proficiency in English (speaking and technical writing)
- Bonus point for experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps
