JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITY
As a Business Analyst, you are in charge of straddling the line between IT development teams and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency on supporting our products and services in the entertainment industry for a massive traffic of users in APAC market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating process models that support business decisions by working closely with back-office reporting and IT teams.
- Establish initiatives and strategies to to address business, information, and technologies-related requests.
- Support businesses in improving processes, products, services and software.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, solutions, defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
- Budgeting, forecasting, pricing, optimizing costs.
- Planning and monitoring.
- Variance analysis and reporting.
MUST HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-5 years of experience working as Business Analyst in IT Outsourcing Company (prefer in Game Industry).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking ability and strong problem-solving capacity.
- Interpersonal and consultative skills.
- Facilitation skills, familiar with and possess hands-on experience in writing Software Development Requirement Document as well as Functional Specification document.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving, able to think in systematic manner.
- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
- Organizational skills, Requirements engineering, Stakeholder analysis, Knowledge of business structure
