As a Business Analyst, you are in charge of straddling the line between IT development teams and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency on supporting our products and services in the entertainment industry for a massive traffic of users in APAC market.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating process models thatsupport businessdecisions by working closely with back-office reporting and IT teams.
• Establish initiatives and strategies to toaddress business, information, and technologies-related requests.
• Support businesses inimproving processes, products, services and software.
• Creating a detailedbusiness analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, solutions, defining business requirements and reportingthem back to stakeholders.
• Budgeting, forecasting, pricing, optimizing costs.
• Planning and monitoring.
• Variance analysis and reporting.

• 3-5 yearsof experience working asBusiness Analystin IT Outsourcing Company (prefer in Game Industry) and in-depth experience with payment portals.
• Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills.
• Good at English.
• Critical thinking ability and strongproblem-solving capacity.
• Interpersonalandconsultative skills.
• Facilitationskills, familiar with and possess hands-on experience in writing Software Development Requirement Document as well as Functional Specification document.
• Analytical thinkingand problem solving, able to think in systematic manner.
• Beingdetail-orientedand capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Organizational skills, Requirements engineering, Stakeholder analysis, Knowledge of business structure
