Business Analyst (Experienced in Finance)

Role Summary

We are hiring a Business Analyst to support the operational efficiency and data structuring needs of our Market Research team. This role focuses on understanding how projects are scoped, how data is gathered and processed, and identifying opportunities to improve internal workflows and data consistency.

You will work closely with BU&aposs members to help define requirements, propose process improvements, and maintain structured datasets for recurring use. While this is not a technical development role, familiarity with SQL and database concepts is essential to ensure effective collaboration and support for data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into structured workflows and clear documentation
• Support the structuring and maintenance of internal datasets used for recurring reports
• Propose and help implement practical solutions to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency
• Coordinate with analysts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams
• Review and assist with fluent/intermediate SQL queries and data logic checks as needed
• Contribute to internal knowledge management efforts by documenting reusable processes and standards

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts
• Strong business thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting project-based teams
• Detail-oriented, especially in documentation and process mapping

Preferred

• Experience in market research, banking, or finance sectors
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Interest in data structuring, workflow automation, or internal tooling
