Participate in surveying, collecting, and analyzing requirements and business processes from customers/internal teams. Clarify requirements, objectives, and design technology solutions in collaboration with related departments.
Participate in the product development process.
Build and manage documentation systems: user requirement documents, system specification documents, feature lists, use-case scenarios, business constraints, etc.
Prepare user manuals and conduct end-user training.
Support project management: define scope of work, plan and estimate tasks, manage progress.
Support the product testing team.
Prepare reports and conduct analyses as requested by management and related departments.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Strong communication and business analysis skills with clients and team members.
Preferred candidates with system design experience.
Priority given to testers transitioning to Business Analyst roles.
Ability to learn quickly.
High sense of responsibility at work.
Advantageous to have experience working on Japanese projects.
