JOB DUTIES
- We seek a skilled Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The
ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams
and have some exposure to Supplychain, Commercial
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, create functional specifications,and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support Agile development processes
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for proposed changes
- Support testing activities, including UAT and system integration testing
- Perform data analysis to provide business insights and recommendations
- Participate in bidding process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or relatedfield
- Minimum 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong business mindset
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques and documentation tools
- Experience with Mockup tool and diagram tool: Figma, Basamiq, Drawio
- Familiar with documentation format: SRS, User story, BRD,...
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSM,CSPO)
- Background in process improvement methodologies
- Stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
- Experience and knowledge of Commercial, Supplychain, Pharmacy is a plus..
