We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams. In this role, you will analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure projects deliver business value on time and in quality.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct analysis of business and user needs to understand requirements.
- Lead and conduct interviewing tasks with business users.
- Convert the requirements/needs into technical models/terms/documents that can be used by the Software Development/System and DBA/Architect team to implement on systems/applications.
- Work closely with the development team and third-parties to design, validate, and manage the implementation of solutions to requirements.
- Maintain the updates of the documents developed during the requirement collection, analysis, system/application design.
- Understanding well all integration points of the system such as CRM, Call Center, Distribution Management System (DMS), Inventory system, Document Management system, etc.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst (BA) role in IT System Development with understanding of web service-based integration.
- 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development (ReactJS)
- Experience in Sharepoint online
- Mandatory in discussing directly with EU customers to get the requirement and assign tasks to the development team.
- Ensure the delivery quality and management team skill
- Good integration experience in various platforms like web and mobile applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
- Ability to create clear documentation, process diagrams, and workflows
- Previous experience collaborating with international clients
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software projects
- Background working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries
