The Opportunity
Our esteemed client, a reputable destination management company, is a global travel organization with a strong local presence, focused on operational excellence and digital transformation across core travel services. They are looking for a Business Analyst who is an expert in implementing MS Dynamics 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for D365 CRM & Operation team.
- Analyze business workflows and propose system/process improvements.
- Support system implementation, UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in e-logistics, transportation and tech
- Minimum 5 years experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Operation function
- Hands-on experience in the travel/tourism industry, especially Operations, Guide, and Fleet Management.
- Strong skills in requirements documentation and functional specifications.
- Experience with UAT and system migration projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
