Overview Job:

As a Business Analyst, you will be the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team. Your role is to analyze business processes, capture requirements, and help design optimal AI-driven workflows that align with user needs.

Responsibilities

· Gather and analyze requirements from internal teams and customers.

· Model existing (AS-IS) and target (TO-BE) processes using BPMN, UML, or similar.

· Create clear documentation: BRDs, SRS, and well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.

· Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented correctly.

· Support PO in UAT, demo, requirement validation, and backlog grooming.

· Assist in building UI mockups or prototypes with the design team when needed.

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis on RPA/AI automation products to identify industry trends, benchmark competitor offerings, and inform product positioning and roadmap decisions.

Qualifications

Experience

· 3–5 years of experience as a BA or PO, preferably in product-based companies.

· Experience with large, complex projects is a strong advantage.

Education/Certification

· Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or equivalent.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics

Must Have:

· Fluent in verbal and written English communication.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience with analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Figma.

· Solid understanding of business process automation, workflow design, and data-driven products.

· Experience conducting market research and competitor analysis, with the ability to translate findings into actionable product requirements and roadmap input.

· Ability to think critically and act as a bridge between business and technology.

· Proactive, hardworking, with a high sense of responsibility and commitment.

Nice to Have:

· Experience working on agentic or AI orchestration platforms.

· Experience or interest in building AI agent solutions tailored to specific business domains (e.g., finance, HR, customer service).

· Familiarity with AI prompts, decision automation, or human-in-the-loop patterns.

· Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
