Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the factory&aposs management and accounting, including the accounting of various expenses and costs, calculate the actual operating conditions of the factory and business projects, and output reports on a monthly basis

2. Be responsible for the factory&aposs business forecast work, conduct monthly rolling business forecast for the factory, and identify risk points and opportunity points in the business process

3. Be responsible for the factory&aposs annual budgeting work, including various cost, expense and asset investment budgets, and formulate the factory&aposs business goals

4. Be responsible for the factory&aposs operation analysis work, conduct a comprehensive analysis and summary of the factory&aposs operation situation on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, and output financial control suggestions

5. Be responsible for guiding and implementing the factory&aposs special cost reduction and efficiency improvement planning work, promoting the improvement of the factory&aposs operating efficiency, including various production projects, etc

6. Be responsible for outputting the factory operation analysis report

7. Be responsible for the project initiation analysis of factory asset investment, and provide basis and suggestions for investment decisions

8. Be responsible for the cost planning and quotation review of product production and processing

9. Other matters related to factory operations, such as inventory checks, asset checks, etc

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor&aposs degree or above, majoring in finance accounting, operations or related fields

2. More than 3 years of relevant cost position experience in production-oriented manufacturing enterprises, familiar with the factory&aposs production process flow

3. Possess strong data analysis, communication and coordination, and stress resistance skills, be positive and optimistic, and have an active mind

4. Proficient in office software such as EXCEL and PPT

5. Proficient in Chinese and Vietnamese
