Job Description:
1.Performance Tracking & Budgeting Planning
- Monitor, analyze, and forecast performance metrics for our P2P and P2M portfolio
- Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and tracking of the annual, quarterly and monthly budget
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and assumptions required for budget forecasting and planning cycles
- Monitor actual expenditures against the allocated budget, highlighting any variances or discrepancies to the team
2.Market Intelligence & Strategic Projects
- Gather data, perform structured analysis, and synthesize insights to support business growth
- Build and maintain dashboards to keep senior stakeholders informed of market movements
3.Operations & Stakeholder Support
- Validate analytical data to ensure high data integrity across all reports
- Support the team with monthly business updates, presentations, and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience with proven records of strong logical reasoning and structured analytical thinking through past work, academic projects, or assessments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize insights logically
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in numerical analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage timelines effectively, and able to deal with fast fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets formulas
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships with other stakeholders, both internal and external
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), especially in summarizing insights and aligning with cross-functional teams
- Self-driven, fast learner with high curiosity and motivation to grow in e-wallet industry, data-driven decision-making, and financial logic
