What You'll Do

  • Be the primary point of contact for claims, managing the process from lodgment through to timely settlement.
  • Take ownership of preparing, processing, monitoring, and proactively following up on claims and documentation.
  • Work closely with clients, insurers, underwriters, assessors, and legal advisors to achieve strong outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional, value‑aligned service and keep clients and stakeholders informed throughout the claims journey.
  • Support brokers and management across renewals, new business, endorsements, and quotes.
  • Build strong working relationships with insurers and claims teams to support success.
  • Maintain accurate records and work within compliance, while continuing your professional development.

Key Criteria


  • At least 3 years of experience in Insurance broking processing.
  • Prior experience in working with Australian insurance, broking or claims processesis desirable.
  • Working experience with Winbeat, XERO and OfficeTech would be a great plus.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and proficient in MS Office suite (Word & Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with team members and clients.
  • Proactive and solution‑focused, with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM PHT) Hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home.
  • Kuala Lumpur (Mid-Valley City, KL): Australian hours (6:00AM – 3:00PM MYT) Hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home.
  • Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8:00AM – 5:00PM VNT) Hybrid set up of 2 days onsite and 3 days from home.
