Responsibilities
Business Development (Hunting or Farming depending on your strength)
Identify and approach B2B clients (SME to Enterprise)
Build and manage a clear sales pipeline
Develop long-term relationships with existing clients
Create upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Problem Discovery & Solution Proposal
Lead discovery meetings to understand operational pain points, HR / Customer Service / Manufacturing / E-commerce challenges, and digital transformation needs
Work with the technical team to build proposals
Present solutions clearly with logical structure and defined ROI
Deal Management & Post-Sales Follow-up
Negotiate contracts
Monitor project progress
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership
Requirements

Japanese
English
Must-have
At least 2 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B Solution Sales (or solid IT experience with strong intention to move into Sales)
Experience participating in Software Development / SaaS / Offshore Development projects or equivalent IT solutions
Ability to independently lead discovery meetings
Business-level Japanese (N2 or equivalent)
