We are hiring an Assistant Brand Manager/ Brand Specialist for our Brand team. This is a role for a brand marketer with a doer mindset - someone who owns their work end-to-end, brings ideas, and drives them to execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Contribute to brand strategy and translate it into actionable 360/IMC campaign plans.
  • Take proactive ownership of sub-brand positioning and lead campaign strategies under the Brand Lead's guidance.
  • Plan and execute campaigns end-to-end across online and offline touchpoints (digital, paid ads, OOH, activations, or event ticketing) based on assigned products or portfolio priorities.
  • Own timeline, budget, and quality from kick-off to wrap-up, managing multiple internal workstreams.
  • Brief and coordinate external partners (agencies, vendors, KOLs/KOCs) and the internal design team.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, content production, and creative iteration.

Brand Identity & Collaboration

  • Safeguard brand guidelines across all touchpoints as we move toward an AI-first international fintech brand.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (BD, Product Marketing, UX/UI, BA, Community, CS) to align brand work.
  • Track full-funnel brand and platform metrics - including brand health (Awareness, Sentiment, SOV), digital visibility (SEO, AIO/AI Search), product performance (App downloads, Active users), and campaign-specific ROI (OOH, Paid Ads, or event registrations) to drive data-driven optimizations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Core Requirements (Must-have):

  • 2-5 years in brand marketing (in-house and/or agency) built on consumer-facing products (FMCG, tech, fintech, or others).
  • Proven track record of leading or contributing to brand campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Strategic & creative thinking with solid project, budget, and stakeholder management skills.
  • AI fluency & Technical curiosity - comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,...) in daily workflows and curious about Blockchain.
  • Good taste & Cultural fluency - sensitive to internet culture in both Vietnamese and global markets.
  • Excellent English (written and verbal) - essential for working with international audiences.

The Doer Mindset Required:

  • Ownership - See your projects through, from kick-off to learning.
  • Initiative - Bring ideas and propose solutions, not just problems.
  • Adaptability & Resilience - Stay calm when priorities shift; maintain high quality under pressure without burning out.

Preferred (Nice-to-have):

  • Experience marketing AI, deep-tech, Blockchain, fintech, or managing a diverse brand portfolio.
  • Experience producing high-profile corporate events, national forums, or tech conferences.

Note: You do NOT need prior experience in AI/Blockchain — brand fundamentals come first, and product training will be fully provided.
