Role Description

  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
  • Create engaging content for website and social media based on campaigns/activities of Marketing Department
  • Work with designers and team members on providing multimedia content such as video script, visual design
  • Manage content published on social channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo OA
  • Creating SEO-optimized website articles aligned with approved SEO plan
  • Plan and conduct customer interviews to produce a source of testimonial videos and articles
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content planning
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice
  • Participate in other marketing projects assigned by Line Manager
  • Propose campaign/activity ideas aligned with business orientation and objectives
  • Work with cross-functional teams and agencies to develop campaign/activity plans aligned with approved ideas
  • Translate plans into effective execution for digital channels through working closely with cross functions, partners, agencies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns toward business objectives to provide enhancement suggestions
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in logistics industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Good understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to diverse audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written communication
