Role Description
- Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Create engaging content for website and social media based on campaigns/activities of Marketing Department
- Work with designers and team members on providing multimedia content such as video script, visual design
- Manage content published on social channels, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo OA
- Creating SEO-optimized website articles aligned with approved SEO plan
- Plan and conduct customer interviews to produce a source of testimonial videos and articles
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content planning
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice
- Participate in other marketing projects assigned by Line Manager
- Propose campaign/activity ideas aligned with business orientation and objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams and agencies to develop campaign/activity plans aligned with approved ideas
- Translate plans into effective execution for digital channels through working closely with cross functions, partners, agencies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns toward business objectives to provide enhancement suggestions
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience as a Content Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in logistics industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools
- Good understanding of brand marketing, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English, both verbal and written communication
