Maintaining and monitoring Branding projects, such as Out-of-home, Branding show production, and ad-hoc requests (if any)
Ensuring the project is fully operational & processes are running smoothly, including planning, executing, and reporting
Proactively handling any arising issues and troubleshooting any emerging problems during the project happening
Working closely with diverse teams (e.g., marketers, designers, production, and business developers, etc.) in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks
Creating executive-facing presentations with style and an eye for detail
Requirements
Graduated from University (e.g., Marketing or Business background is preferred) with at least 2 years of experience in working in the Marketing field.
Good at communications, open-minded, willing to learn, proactive, diligent, responsible, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Be familiar with using Microsoft Office, able to create well-regarded presentations
Be familiar with e-commerce, have the ability to manage multiple projects, and be able to work in a fast-paced working environment under a tight deadline
Having experience in Show production or event management is a plus
