Branch Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of FMCG market trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growthand achieve sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate strategies.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and presentations to keep the team informed and motivated.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry regulations, and competitor activities to effectively communicate and promote company products.
