Job Description

Branch Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of FMCG market trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growthand achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, conduct market research, and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and develop appropriate strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, trainings, and presentations to keep the team informed and motivated.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, industry regulations, and competitor activities to effectively communicate and promote company products.

Qualifications

  • Dynamic and flexible.
  • Have developed interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
  • A natural leader, analytical thinker has managed sales team of over 500 people and the ability work effectively under pressure.
  • Have detailed understanding of critical success factors with in the area of FMCG industry.
  • At least 5 years sales experience in a middle / senior management capacity in a relevant industry.
