Develop and update 3D BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks, etc.) for industrial projects
Coordinate with design engineers across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, fire protection, etc.) to ensure the models are accurate, consistent, and meet technical requirements.
Perform clash detection and resolution between systems using tools like Navisworks.
Extract 2D drawings from BIM models to support design submissions, construction documentation, and shop drawings.
Revise and update models based on design changes, feedback from consultants, clients, or site teams.
Follow project-specific BIM standards, company BIM protocols, and client requirements.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
Experience working with BIM in industrial construction projects is a plus.
Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Experience with BIM collaboration platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360, ACC, or Trimble Connect is a plus.
