Responsibilities

1. Talent Management: Identify and recruit quality broadcasters to build a diverse talent pool.

Issue Follow-up: Record feedback and requests from broadcasters; ensure timely resolution.

2. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze broadcaster performance; provide data-driven support for optimization.

3. Training Material Creation: Develop online training content based on market trends to enhance live room quality.

4. Event Execution: Design and implement in-app events to increase broadcaster income.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors or Masters degree, preferably in Management or related fields.

2. Strong communication and coordination skills, acting as a bridge between BIGO and agencies/broadcasters.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of organizing files and tracking data.

4. Prior experience in livestreaming or event coordination is a plus.
