Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain core backend infrastructure and services.
- Build scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems.
- Manage project tasks, support team leads in workload distribution, and ensure deployment efficiency.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and support junior developers.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to streamline team collaboration and delivery.
- Continuously optimize system performance, security, and code quality.
Your ProfileTechnical Experience Must Have- 5+ years of experience in backend development or equivalent roles.
- Proficient in Rust, Python, C++, Go (preferred), and familiar with Node.js, Next.js, or Dark.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and gRPC.
- Skilled in both SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Familiar with Redis, Memcached, OAuth, JWT, and Git.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Clean coding practices with a focus on maintainability and standards compliance.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and with frontend/backend integration.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing scalable backend architectures.
- Proactive in performance optimization, security, and team mentoring.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies or programming languages.
Nice to Have- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with fullstack development (NodeJS + NextJS or .NET + Flutter).
- Mobile development knowledge using Flutter, with experience optimizing APIs for mobile platforms.
