Role summary:

As theB2B Sales Lead, you will spearhead Dat Bike's efforts in acquiring new B2B clients. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing B2B sales deals, from prospecting to negotiation. This role is focused on achieving sales targets by securing new partnerships across targeted B2B sectors.

Responsibilities:
  1. New Client Acquisition
  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in ride-hailing markets, corporate, and wholesale.
  • Proactively research, reach out to, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target sectors to generate new business.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
  1. End-to-End Deal Management
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals and negotiate terms that align with Dat Bike's product offerings and business goals.
  • Secure partnerships with new clients, converting leads into long-term revenue sources for Dat Bike.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify high-potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop strategic plans and sales forecasts for B2B sales, supporting Dat Bike's goals for growth in new business channels.
  • Adapt strategies based on feedback and evolving industry trends to improve conversion rates and deal success.
  1. Sales Tracking and Reporting
  • Track and report on sales activities, deal progress, and revenue results to provide clear visibility on B2B channel performance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM software and regularly report on KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of generating new business and closing sales in a relevant industry.
  • Exceptional skills in prospecting, networking, and closing deals with corporate clients, wholesalers, or export customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with new clients.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a new role with minimal existing structure.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is a plus.
