Job Description

Job Description:

  • Identify potential corporate clients, plan outreach and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Leverage existing client base for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Understand client needs, consult and present tailored service solutions.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and manage contracts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality, and boost client engagement.
  • Report on new client acquisition and revenue performance weekly/monthly.

Requirements:

  • Graduated University with Bachelor of Business, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, etc.
  • 1+ year of B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, or Account Management experience (preferably in logistics or tech services).
  • Skilled in outbound sales, client consulting, networking, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics/postal services; English/Chinese proficiency is a plus.
  • Driven, disciplined, eager to learn and grow a quality client network.
