We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our team and help us expand our footprint in the fresh flowers sector.

 

Job Description: 

 

As a B2B Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and customer service teams to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that meet the needs of our business clients. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

- Work on existing business customers and create strategies to develop sales and relationship.

- Identify and engage potential business clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation efforts.

- Present product/service offerings to key decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients/partners, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.

- Collaborate with the internal teams to create tailored proposals and pricing packages.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients.

- Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.

 

Requirements:

 

- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Specialist or in a similar sales role.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities.

- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
