1. Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing B2B General Sales Specialist to spearhead the market expansion of the Polarpopo brand across Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong cross-border communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales and export operations.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Manage and grow the distribution channels for Polarpopo products throughout Vietnam and the SEA region.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and convert new B2B leads to increase market penetration.
- Export Operations: Lead and oversee export processes for Vietnam-based supply chain products.
- Relationship Management: Utilize existing client networks to generate leads and maintain long-term partnerships through consistent communication (email, phone, etc.).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless business execution.
3. Candidate Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- Languages (Mandatory): Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Candidates must be capable of using both languages for professional negotiations and business correspondence.
- Experience: Proven experience in B2B Sales. Prior experience in FMCG or Daily Necessities industries is highly preferred.

4. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Competitive Base Salary + Commission.
- Negotiation: Open for negotiation based on the candidate's current package and proven expertise.
- Working Hours: 08:30 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00 13:00).
- Working Days: 5 Days per week (Monday Friday).
