Job Description

Position Overview

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market coverage, and strengthening customer partnerships within the assigned territory, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Key Accountabilities

Business Growth & Market Expansion

  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities in the assigned area.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor movements to identify growth potential.
  • Introduce and position lubricant products effectively to create value for customers.
  • Establish and execute sales action plans to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Lead commercial discussions, including pricing and contract terms, to secure sustainable profitability.

Customer & Channel Management

  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing channel conflicts.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews with key accounts to strengthen retention and expand business scope.

Territory & Cross-functional Coordination

  • Gain comprehensive understanding of territory dynamics, customer segments, and opportunity areas.
  • Prioritize sales activities to optimize efficiency and coverage.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical) to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Planning, Reporting & Systems Management

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in SFDC.
  • Provide reliable sales forecasts to support supply planning.
  • Manage monthly pricing updates in the PMM system.
  • Deliver periodic sales performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Continuously update industry knowledge to maintain competitive advantage.

People & Capability Development

  • Take ownership of personal capability enhancement.
  • Guide and upskill distributor sales teams to achieve business targets effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mechanical, or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in lubricants or relevant industrial sectors.
  • Experience in B2B sales within multinational environments is advantageous.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical understanding of lubricants is a plus.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
  • Open to frequent travel as required.
