AWS Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and verification of AWS account migrations
• between organizations.
• Configure and manage AWS Organizations and Service Control Policies (SCPs).
• Implement and enforce IAM best practices across multiple AWS accounts.
• Assist in the setup and management of AWS Landing Zone(s).
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like
• CloudFormation,CDK or terraform.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 7 years of proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or similar role.
• Strong familiarity with AWS Organizations, IAM, and AWS Landing Zone(s).
• Desired experience with large-scale AWS account migrations (100+ accounts).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., AWS CloudFormation,
• Terraform).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts in AWS (VPC, Direct Connect, VPN).
• Knowledge of security best practices in AWS.
• AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps
• Engineer) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
