Job Description

The Digital Channel Management AVP will be responsible for the strategic development, optimization, and day-to-day management of DBS's digital channels for cash and trade transactions within Global Transaction Services. This role focuses on enhancing the digital customer experience, driving digital adoption, and ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of all digital platforms. The AVP will play a key role in integrating digital solutions with business objectives, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Job Description:

· Commercialize newly developed propositions by partnering with Digital, Sales, Product Management and Coverage teams across the region

· Provide connectivity advisory to deal teams for non-standard and co-creation deals.

· Lead Connectivity (API & H2H) solutioning co-creation workshops with large corporate clients and ecosystem partners including developing cross-channel customer journeys.

· Drive innovation for connectivity propositions to tap on emerging trends, new opportunities and client demand.

· Ensure adequate controls are in place to manage risks and be fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

· Support internal and external reviews (e.g. new channels operational risk assessments, audits etc.)

Play a channels management custodian and approver role in legal agreements reviews and negotiations with corporate clients and/or ecosystem platform partners.

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in e-Banking, H2H (including SWIFT FileAct) and API channel management.

• Domain knowledge in Cash Management / domain knowledge in Trade would be

advantageous.

• Well-versed with security, systems and network architecture concepts.

• IT background and professional qualification would be advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• People management skills – able to manage and influence multiple partners and

stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to think creatively to solve problems, invent / revamp customer journeys to

support new business models and improve productivity / experience.

• Strong appreciation of regulations and legal frameworks would be advantageous.
