Automation project management - FBS, Shopee

We are seeking a high-performing individual to join the Demand & Supply Management team, responsible for driving operational excellence across FBS through AI, automation, and product feature adoption. This role will act as the key driver for internal AI enablement and workflow automation initiatives, improving both team efficiency and seller experience at scale

• Product Feature Deployment & Enhancement
  • Partner closely with local and regional product teams to support feature rollout, UAT testing, operational readiness, and post-launch adoption tracking.
  • Consolidate business feedback and operational pain points to influence future product enhancement and feature prioritization.
  • Monitor feature adoption and operational impact, proactively driving improvement initiatives to maximize business value.
• AI & automation project/initiative management
  • Drive AI and automation adoption across the team to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Identify workflow gaps, manual dependencies, and operational bottlenecks, then translate them into automation opportunities and scalable solutions.
  • Champion practical usage of LLM/GenAI tools to support troubleshooting, operational analysis, and decision-making.
  • Lead business application initiatives leveraging AI solutions such as CRM automation, AI chatbot enablement, workflow automation, and internal productivity tools.
  • Build scalable AI adoption playbooks, best practices, and governance frameworks to drive sustainable usage across teams.

• Ideally 1 year of working experience preferably in AI project management
• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience driving cross-functional initiatives independently.
• High curiosity and hands-on exposure to GenAI/LLM tools, automation platforms, or workflow optimization solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and operational thinking with the ability to simplify complex processes into scalable solutions.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, operations, business transformation, or automation initiatives is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguity-heavy environment with a strong ownership mindset.
