Job Description:

Support to manage research requests, with a focus on logistics-related topics: taking briefs, clarifying objectives, designing research, managing fieldwork, delivering reports (qualitative/quantitative) & other administrative tasks.
Conduct desk/field research for competitor/market intelligence on logistics models, service levels, pricing, rider operations.
Monitor and analyze data from internal and external sources (surveys, interviews, and social listening) to capture seller & buyer sentiment integrate findings to provide a fuller view of operational challenges.
Support to collaborate cross-functional teams (internal, external teams & partners) to ensure key objectives are aligned across the organization
Support budget and resource tracking to ensure alignment with project guidelines.
Handle administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

BA / BS/ Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 1 year of work experience
Experience in Market Research, Consulting, or PMO (having working experience for logistics companies such as GHN/GHTK/VTP/Grab/ Be/ competitors is a plus)
Have business acumen, sharp logical thinking, and a quantitative mindset - must be able to translate messy operational data into clear, actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel (functions, pivot, advanced formulas) and Power Query for data cleaning, processing, and analysis these will be your daily tools.
Extremely detail-oriented and disciplined when working with data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and credibility of all project outputs.
Ability to conduct interviews with effective communication to uncover insights
Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Highly meticulous and organized able to coordinate across multiple teams and work under pressure.
Hands-on, with strong project management abilities and willingness to dive into operational details.
